Strength development for maximal weight on three lifts squats, bench press and strength.

  • The Squat: One of the foundation movements used and everyday life. The squat is compound, full body exercise that trains primarily the muscles throughout the lower body

  • The Bench Press: An upper body strength training exercise that works in strengthening the chest as well as the triceps in the arm.

  • The dead lift: Dead lift work on strengthening the posterior chain of the hamstring, buttocks, and lower back.

 Our strength classes focus on these three movements along with accessory work additionally aid in strength development and building muscle mass.
