Terms and Conditions – Flare Fitness

Section One: Payment and Refund Policy

• All payments made are strictly non-refundable, whether in full or in part, in accordance with the regulations governing sports and service-based businesses in the State of Kuwait.

• Once the payment is completed, the membership is considered final, and the member is not entitled to request a refund for any reason, including :

  • Travel

  • Change of preference

  • Non-usage

  • Personal reasons

• Memberships cannot be canceled or transferred to another person.

• In the event of branch closure due to force  (such as emergencies or government mandates), Flare Fitness shall not be held responsible for refunding any amounts.

• If a medical report is submitted as a reason to freeze or terminate the membership, the report must be issued only by an official government authority and is subject to management approval.

• If the request is approved, 10% of the total amount paid will be deducted as an administrative fee, and only the remaining balance will be refunded.

• All members must adhere to general appearance standards, appropriate attire, and respectful behavior inside the club. Flare Fitness reserves the right to terminate the membership immediately without refund if any of these rules are violated.

• By registering for any of our services, you are deemed to have accepted these terms, and your signature or electronic confirmation will be considered a legal commitment.
