Thank you for choosing Flare Club for your fitness needs. We strive to provide excellent service and satisfaction to all our members. Please review our refund policy below:

 

Membership Fees:

Members must submit a cancellation request by contacting customer service at the dedicated hotline 1819999.

The request should be submitted within the specified time frame, and upon approval, the company commits to transferring the amount within a period ranging from 1 to 14 days.

 

Cancellation Process:

Members must submit a cancellation request by contacting customer service through the dedicated hotline at 1819999 within the specified time frame.

 

Personal Training:

Fees for personal training sessions and classes are non-refundable once the service is provided.

Members must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel personal training sessions or classes to avoid fees.

Cancellation Fees:

The club reserves the right to cancel a member's subscription within a specified period from the start, with a refund of the subscription fee after deducting a percentage based on the days used, a fixed cancellation fee of 5%, and a transfer commission of 1 KD.

COVID-19: Members are required to comply with government directives related to the virus, which may include restrictions such as reducing services, restricting access, and/or temporary closure of the club.
